Ignos Match · AI material certificates

The certificate is read.
The deviation is found.

Ignos Match interprets and verifies material certificates against applicable requirements, before the part moves on in the value chain. In a closed environment on certified infrastructure. Never in an open AI tool.

No AI training  ·  Certified infrastructure (SOC 2 · ISO 27001 · NIST)

Security

Your data stays your data.

Anyone can paste a certificate into an open AI tool. Trade secrets do not belong there. That is why Ignos Match exists: the same AI power, in a closed environment built on certified industrial infrastructure.

No AI training

Certificates are used for the check, then and there. Never to train models.

SOC 2

Ignos Match runs on infrastructure independently audited against the SOC 2 standard.

ISO 27001 · NIST

The infrastructure is certified for critical infrastructure and strictly regulated sectors.

Locked and logged

AES-256, sign-in through your own SSO and full history for audits.

The situation today

The check is done by hand, by the few who know how.

Oil, gas and defence tighten their documentation and traceability requirements every year. The capacity to meet them does not grow at the same pace.

Time-consuming

Every certificate is read, interpreted and cross-checked manually.

Person-dependent

The knowledge sits with individuals, not in the system.

Vulnerable

Variation and human error come with the territory.

The tempting shortcut

Open AI tools beckon, but documents like these do not belong there.

One person knows how. What happens the day they leave?

A missed deviation does not stop with you. It ends up at your customer, in the part it concerns. The check that protects your delivery deserves better than depending on one person’s memory.

The solution

Ignos Match reads the certificate and speaks up.

Automatic interpretation and verification against applicable requirements. Deviations are flagged with a justification, referencing the requirement being broken.

FAQ

Questions?

What is a material certificate?

The producer’s documentation that the material meets the requirements of the standard and the order. Most are issued according to EN 10204, typically as type 3.1.

Which certificates can Ignos Match read?

Certificates according to EN 10204, delivered as PDF, scan or image. Ignos Match interprets both digital and scanned documents.

Can’t we just use an open AI tool?

Then your documents leave your control, and may be used to train models. An open tool also knows nothing about your order, standard or requirements, and gives no traceable justification. Ignos Match does the job in a closed environment, verified against your own requirements.

What happens to our data?

It is used for the check only. Never to train AI models. Ignos Match runs on certified infrastructure (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).

Do we have to change our systems?

No. Ignos Match runs alongside your current workflow, and the result is measured against your own manual control.

How do we get started?

Book a demo. The pilot then runs on your own certificate archive, with no change to your workflow, and the result is measured against your own manual control.
