Who is Pulse for?
Pulse is for anyone looking to make their production smarter, whether you’re operating the machine, maintaining it, or making decisions in the office.
Operators get instant feedback and can track their own progress through the KPI widget (like a fitness tracker, but for machines), while the Downtime widget makes it easy to identify and understand what’s disrupting the flow.
The result? Less guesswork, greater control, and surprisingly motivating to follow the numbers.
What sets Pulse apart from other solutions?
Pulse is built with the operator at the center.
The system is easy to use, requires minimal training, and delivers immediate value in day-to-day operations.
Operators get a clear view of their own machine, can quickly log downtime reasons, and gain insight into how their efforts impacts the bigger picture.
Pulse doesn’t just collect data for management, it empowers the people on the shop floor with real-time insights.
This encourages ownership, smarter workflows, and a clearer view of how small changes add up to real progress.
How does Pulse collect data?
To collect data, we typically install a local software agent on the machine. We’ll help you get everything connected and up and running.
Pulse then retrieves real-time data from the machine control using standard industrial protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus TCP, Fanuc FOCAS, MTConnect, MQTT, Siemens, just to name a few. We support most modern machines.
We also support power consumption monitoring for non-digital equipment, as well as older machines that don’t support standard protocols.
How do we get started?
To get started, you’ll need access to machine data, a server, and a Microsoft Entra environment (Azure AD) for authentication and access control.
Users sign in with their Microsoft accounts, and you manage access through your existing roles and security settings. Your data is handled in accordance with Microsoft’s security and privacy standards.
We support you through the entire process, from initial setup to everyday use.
Which ERP systems do you integrate with?
We can integrate with any ERP system that provides REST API’s.
