Customer and Partner data

In order to provide you with our services, Ignos will need to process personal data about you from time to time. Protecting your personal data is important to us. With this privacy policy, we aim to provide transparency into how we use your personal data. This policy also provides important information about your rights under the GDPR.

How we use your data

When we process personal data as part of our services, we act as a Data Controller and Data Processor. We act as Data Controller when we process personal data from Customers and Partners for the following reasons: Support & technical support and account management.

We act as Data Processor whenever we process personal data you provide us with when using our services. In such instances, our obligations as Data processor are regulated by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which ensures secure storage and processing of your personal data.

When providing our services to you, we may process personal data relating to your employees, consultants, customers, and clients. The data we process may include names, national identity numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, IP addresses, dates of birth, telephone numbers, invoice information, tax information, and bank account details.

The collection and use of personal data as described above takes place pursuant to art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR and our obligations under the Data Processing Agreement with you. The processing of such data is necessary for Ignos’ legitimate interest in providing our services to our customers.

Retention

We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described above. When the data is no longer necessary for these purposes, the data will be deleted.

Information related to our service will be stored for 6 months after the customer relationship ends.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have several rights under applicable law regarding the processing of your personal data:

  • You have the right to request access to and receive information about your personal data and how we process the data.
  • You may request for your personal data to be deleted or corrected.
  • You have the right to restrict our processing of your data, object to our processing, and transfer your data elsewhere.

How we share your personal data

In order to provide you with a better user experience, Ignos may share your data with our partners and sub-processors.

Complaint
